Print-à-Porter is a brand operated by Neurotech SRL. By accessing and using this website, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Products made through additive manufacturing

Our products are made using 3D printing. Small variations in texture or finish specific to this production method may occur and are not considered defects.

2. Material availability

Orders are processed subject to material availability. If a material is unavailable, we will contact you and propose an alternative or a refund.

3. Prices and changes

We reserve the right to change products, prices or availability without prior notice. Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your market and include VAT where required. The valid price is the price shown when the order is placed.

4. Delivery times

Production usually takes 3–5 working days, followed by courier transit time. Lead times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or for larger orders.

5. Copyright and content

Images, text, 3D models and graphic elements on this website are the property of Print-à-Porter. Reproduction, distribution or use without written permission is prohibited.

6. Custom orders and returns

Products made to the customer's specifications may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law, except in cases of manufacturing defects. See our Return policy for details.

7. Product use

Products are decorative. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are not intended for direct food contact, should not be exposed to high temperatures and should not be used with open-flame candles. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, you may contact ANPC or consult the European consumer redress information portal.

10. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the version in force when the order is placed.
