Why we chose to work differently

Many of the objects around us are designed for mass production. We chose a different scale: small series, original design and the ability to adapt each piece.

We create objects developed from scratch and produced in small series, with close attention to proportion, material and context.

That means we can adapt dimensions, colour or proportions, and each order can have its own combination of details.

How do you preserve a story without copying the past?

For us, the answer is to preserve the logic of the motif rather than reproduce the old object.

The motif is not applied onto an existing form. It becomes the starting point for proportion, rhythm and surface. Maramureș rope motifs, the rhythms of Horezu ceramics and altița embroidery become starting points for contemporary forms.

We did not copy old objects. We borrowed their grammar.

From idea to object, in the same studio

Every piece starts digitally. We build the form in 3D, check its proportions and adapt it so it can be produced cleanly and consistently.

3D printing is not the shortcut; it is the production tool. The value comes from design, modelling, testing and the production time behind each piece.

Why we choose 3D production

It allows us to create forms and textures that are difficult to achieve conventionally and to work in small series without moulds or unnecessary stock.
