Shipping
How long until I receive my order?
Each piece is made to order: processing usually takes 3–5 business days, and delivery within Romania takes another 1–3 business days by express courier. For kits and custom orders, the total confirmed timeline at quote can be 7–14 business days.
Do you ship outside Romania?
Yes — within the European Union, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, and internationally the timeline varies by destination and courier. International orders may be subject to customs duties or local VAT, which are not included in the price.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery address and package weight.
How is the order packaged?
Each piece is individually packaged, with protection for transport.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes — standard products can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, under EU legislation, if unused and in good condition. Please write to us first at contact@printaporter3d.com for approval and instructions.
Which products can't be returned?
Personalized products or products made to your specifications — custom dimensions, engraved text or logo, colors or materials chosen for the order — cannot be returned under applicable law, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
When do I get my money back?
After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund is processed within a maximum of 10 business days, using the original payment method.
I received a damaged or wrong product.
Contact us immediately at contact@printaporter3d.com with photos and your order number — we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Products & materials
What are the pieces made of?
Premium PLA and PETG, with a matte finish. Minor texture variations specific to 3D printing may appear — they're part of the process, not defects.
Can the pieces touch food directly?
No — printed pieces don't come into direct contact with food. For pastry shops and cafés we recommend plexiglass tops, easy to sanitize, available for most pieces.
How do I care for the pieces?
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid concentrated alcohol and direct heat sources above 50°C.
Can I get pieces in my brand's colors?
Yes — we work with HEX or Pantone codes and send a photo sample before production.
B2B & custom orders
How do I get a quote?
Fill out the "Request a quote" form with your space dimensions, a few photos, and what products you're displaying — we'll come back with a proposal and price within 24–48 business hours.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We produce starting from a single piece; for larger runs we offer dedicated pricing at quote.
Can you reproduce an old order identically?
Yes — we keep the specifications for every project and can reproduce pieces identically for new locations or expansions.
