Return policy
Print-à-Porter products are made to order. The policy below is intended to reflect Romanian and EU consumer protection legislation, including OUG 34/2014 where applicable.
Right of return
Standard products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt if unused and in good condition. Please contact us first at contact@printaporter3d.com for confirmation and instructions.
Exceptions
Products made to the customer's specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, including:
- custom dimensions
- applied text or logo
- colours or materials sourced specifically for the order
- objects designed from scratch for the customer
This exception does not apply to manufacturing defects.
Return shipping cost
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, we issue the refund within the period required by law, using the same payment method where possible.
Damaged or incorrect products
Contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order number. We will resolve the issue through replacement or refund, as appropriate.
How to return an item
- Email contact@printaporter3d.com with your order number and reason for return
- We confirm the return and send you the return address
- Pack the product securely to prevent damage in transit
- Send us the tracking number
