Frequently asked questions
Can I use water and fresh flowers?
Not directly. The pieces are not watertight — they are built in layers, and pieces from the Dentelle collection include openwork areas. Place a glass vessel inside for fresh flowers. The glass insert is not included.
How do I clean them?
Use a soft, slightly damp cloth. For textured and openwork areas, a soft brush is enough. Do not place the pieces in a dishwasher.
Are they heat resistant?
Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, radiators or direct sunlight. For candles, use LED versions only.
Can I request a colour that is not shown on the site?
Yes. We can check additional colours available to order. Contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability.
What does the price include?
The price includes more than material and printer time: design and 3D modelling, production preparation, actual manufacturing time and hand finishing. Every piece is made to order and checked individually.
Is every piece identical?
Form and dimensions are digitally controlled, but small surface variations specific to 3D printing may occur. These are characteristics of the manufacturing process, not design defects.
What are they made from?
We work mainly with PLA, a material derived from renewable resources. It is not intended for direct food contact.
Can I return an item?
Standard products can be returned within 14 days. Custom products are subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.
Do you ship outside Romania?
Yes, we also ship to other European Union countries. The available cost and delivery estimate for your destination are shown at checkout.
